Warranties are covered by the manufacturers of the products.
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.
MyHomeShops uses UPS Ground at this time for all shipments.
We do not ship outside the continental USA. There is a flat fee charged to each item to cover shipping and handeling. This fee is included in the price of an item upon purchase.  Shipping and handeling fees vary by item. We only ship to a physical address. Signature of reciept of order may be required. Merchandise is not shipped until payment is fully processed.
Product Availability
Some of our items are in limited quantities.If you purchase an item that has sold out or is not available, we will notify you by email and process your order as soon as possible. You may cancel your order only in these instances. You must notify us within 2 days after we send you an email if you wish to cancel the order.
Canceling An Order
Purchases cannot be canceled once ordered. The only exception is if an item is sold out or not available. We will notify you if this occurs. You must notify us within 2 days after we send you an email if you wish to cancel your order. Email notices are sent to the email address that a customer provides to Paypal.
The customer has 30 days after purchase to return an item. To qualify for a refund. ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in original container. We will return such items to you. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. If you reject that return shipment, MyHomeShops reserves the right to liquidate the item(s) and withhold credit. There is a $10.00 handeling charge on all returned items. Swimsuits cannot be returned.
We no longer use Google Checkout for purchases, only Paypal at this time.
